The NRLA is the UK’s largest landlord association, offering its members advice and support. They wanted a big idea to launch a new admin software called Portfolio, that’s a bit like having a PA in your pocket. It needed to speak the language of landlords - highlighting those pet peeves, the jobs no one wants to do – and getting them out there in the most interesting way possible. ‘Said no landlord ever’ was the refreshing take landlords needed to hear.
